I believe in shaping human-centered experiences that enhance well-being, build community, spark growth, celebrate individuality, and inspire creativity.

A graduate of Parsons School of Design with an MS in Strategic Design & Management, I integrate systemic, ethical, and economic perspectives into my work.

My academic background, coupled with hands-on experience as a Research and Student Assistant, has given me a deep understanding of design’s potential to drive meaningful change.

Over the years, I’ve guided startups, mission-driven organizations, and Fortune 500 companies (including Intuit) to ground product decisions in solid evidence,so we’re always serving real user needs.

My strategic vision has been instrumental in driving transformative design solutions across India and Asia, making a lasting impact in the region's design landscape.

I excel in the messy, ambiguous early stages of product development, using empathy and research to bring clarity and direction. In every collaboration, I rely on curiosity and open dialogue to shape innovation that truly makes a difference.

Beyond work, I am a mentor at ADPList, where I share my learnings with aspiring professionals, guiding them on their career journeys.

My passion for design education extends beyond the workplace as I conduct engaging design workshops at renowned institutions worldwide, including The California College of the Arts, The Parsons School of Design, The University of San Francisco & Western Governors University, inspiring the next generation of designers with my insights on storytelling and future forecasting.

A voracious consumer of new ideas, I am an avid TEDster, constantly seeking inspiration from global thought leaders.

Moreover, my commitment to creating a more inclusive tech industry is evident through my involvement as a mentor with Out in Tech.

My Philosophies

There’s a way I approach work, that guides every decision I make. It’s part strategy and always rooted in clarity. Here’s how I think about the world when I’m solving messy problems (which, let’s be honest, is most of the time).

1. No OKR, No Initiative: Driving Growth Through Outcome-Led Insight

I love a good insight, but only if it moves the needle. If research doesn’t tie back to a business outcome, it doesn’t belong in the roadmap. I believe in working backwards from OKRs, not from curiosity alone.

My focus often centers around a pivotal business question: How do users decide to spend their first dollar? I design lean, purpose-built research toolkits to unpack buying behavior and value perception, ranging from pricing sensitivity maps to message testing matrices, ensuring product decisions are based in evidence, not assumption.

2. Zoom Out, Before I Zoom In

My approach starts where most teams stop, outside the walls of the product. I map market signals, macro trends, regulatory friction, and behavioral patterns before I ever run a usability test.

I’m constantly asking:

What are our users showing us, even if they’re not saying it?
What’s keeping our competitors up at night?

I go deep on the product itself, from backend workflows to data model logic, to identify its latent superpowers and design research that brings those to life. That product intimacy lets me think beyond what users ask for, and toward what they didn’t know they needed.

If you’d like a glimpse into how I approach early-stage discovery, here’s an article I wrote for User Interviews on why UX research with early adopters is crucial for new products.

3. Moving fast, without breaking trust

Research and strategy shouldn’t be a bottleneck. With the right systems in place, I can run high-quality studies weekly, without sacrificing rigor.

I design lean research operations that scale from 0→1 explorations to 1→100 iterations. I also leverage AI to compress synthesis time and free up brain space for higher-order thinking.

Here’s a Medium piece I wrote on how I partner with AI in my research practice.

4. Facilitation as a mindset

I’ve led over 100 hours of sprints across product, innovation, and leadership teams. What began as an IDEO-style approach evolved into a focused facilitation practice while co-building the innovation lab at Chlorophyll.

I partner closely with product, design, and executive teams, not just in big workshops but in the micro-moments that shape decisions. Whether it’s sharing field insights as they emerge, reframing in real time, or preparing stakeholders ahead of a shareout, I make research actionable before the final report lands.

My deliverables use storytelling, visuals, and clear OKR connections to drive real engagement. At the core, I bring clarity where there’s ambiguity and make insight a shared language across teams.
